are they any devs monitoring this?
i can ping the server do a tracert to the server but the client cant connect to it, i know i am not alone in this - can you please at least give us a we are looking into it type post please

i have more than skills to change, i have pos that need fueling 
i am getting worried now - how long is it going to be like this - will this be the straw that broke the camels back for many, cause i have to tell you i am damm close myself. 2.5 years playing this game now and its so nearly not worth it - its lost its magic for sure. where bloody Eve TV is more important than the game running and working and telling people what is going on - ccp you are loosing it for sure

ok i tried phoning - gets you nowhere :(
sent in an email i belive that that will arrive in around a week , got to say kudos to ccp at this point, i have had a senior GM mail me a couple times now to try to resolve this.
will keep you posted

ok the devs have me running ping plotter and there is a high packet loss for me about half way, i will leave this running and see but i am giving up for the night.
www.pingplotter.com - very useful tool (download the free 30 trial)
i could ping it and saw a route - until i ran this software i couldnt see how much stuff failed to get through to the server.

not again - i got the same brush off from tech support as well - i wonder where the " i am not a pleb" button is??

here comes another night of no eve
however i did actually manage to talk with someone today who did seem to have an idea of what he was talking about. I even had him looking in these forums at what we all had to say.
we were looking for eves port number which we found. he said that they would need some time to fix it - fair enough -we will see
they are starting to wake up but we should not give up hounding these guys to fix it, we do seem to be getting through, although sadly very very slowly

Well finally my misery is soon to be at an end as today i got my mac code.
In a nutshell guys, they aint gonna fix this anytime soon, i got called by someone from tiscali. They have read this whole thread and continue to monitor it ( hi btw - thanks for the speedy Mac code )
The best thing you can do is to get out and find another supplier. there are no fixes planned for months - this guy said end August just for a speed update, i nearly died. however they are willing to let you out of your contract (i swear to god i got my mac code within an hour of speaking to this guy.)
My advice to you is get out - as to who i am going with well its still unknown but i will never go for a cheap option again, i learned my lesson you get what you pay for.
